How to schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment with Damsel, please click the book with Damsel option located under services for convenient online booking.


Spa appointments require online booking with a debit or credit card. Your debit or credit card will only hold your appointment. You will not be charged for your service(s), prior to your arrival. Upon front desk check out, you may choose a different acceptable payment method. 

Your debit or credit card used to book your appointment, must be present at the time of check out, to complete your transaction.


You can cancel or modify your original appointment up to 24 hours before the day of your service.

This can be done by you from your original email confirmation. 

It's understandable that things happen or come up last minute. However, If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment on the same day of your service, a $25 change fee will be accessed to your card on file.


Which payment methods are accepted?

Damselfly Skincare, online booking accepts the following forms of payment to only hold your appointment:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.


You can choose a different form of payment in person at check out:

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

There is a $2 processing assessment fee with using American Express as a form of final payment. 


How to purchase gift cards?

Damselfly Skincare, re-loadable gift cards are available for purchase online and at our location.


What is the refund policy?

Damselfly Skincare, aims to provide the best experience and satisfying your needs.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, kindly bring it to our attention so we can attempt to resolve your concerns immediately with discretion.

Unused skincare products are returnable for store credit within 7 days of original online purchase date. Used skincare products are not returnable.
